Inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal to make our customers happy. We stand behind our goods that are tested and proven and want customers to be satisfied with them. Each request will be treated fairly and reasonably. We believe when treating our customers fairly and respectfully that they, in turn, are fair and polite with us.
RETURNS:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@leewabeauty.com. Please include pictures of the products and the reasons for their return in the email.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DEFECTS: We aim to get it right the first time, which is why each set is checked 1-3 times throughout our quality control process. If you feel you have received a defective product, please email info@leewabeauty.com your order # and a clear photo of the defective merchandise within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can make this right.
EXCHANGES: Leewa Beauty does not conduct exchanges. If in the event a product is defective a complimentary replacement set or gift card for the value of the product will be issued.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable and cannot be credited.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to sanitary purposes certain types of items cannot be returned, including all eye, face and foot masks. They may not be returned or refunded. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
